Most of all though, Bairon knows that Kugane after dark is more treacherous than the cheery, cherry-colored paper lanterns strung across its streets would have you believe.Something dark and restless simmers in the temperamental xaela's eyes. Between the shine of his black scales and the smoke stuck in his mouth, it's easy to picture him breathing fire.
